Can you believe it has been an entire year since I've posted anything? One year ago today it was Mom's birthday and I couldn't get a hold of her, AND now another year later the exact same thing is happening. Mom, if you're reading this Happy, Happy Birthday, Mother dear, Happy days will come to you all year. If I had one wish that wish would be a Happy, Happy Birthday to you from me. I hope you're having a wonderful day, Mom. Thank you for being the kindest Mother in America. We all love you so much. I'll keep trying to call you at home or at Erin's home, and I'll keep looking for that tin can and some string if I don't get through.

i am not that far away dear, just a thought. I love your new blog page, sounds so happy. thanks for remembering me with such kind words. Love always, Mom
It's true, Mom, you're just a thought a way, which is in and of itself a very lovely thought.
Well, I even tried to call this morning and I still can't get a hold of you so just know Daughter #3 is in Murrieta thinking about you. Actually, Annie Laurie said you called last night but I was at a wedding shower for one of Mallory's friends she grew up with, and I'm happy to say I had a wonderful time and laughed very hard the entire time. I have to admit I am very happy to be back in Murrieta. Anyway, Mom, one of these days our phone calls will actually meet. Til then, "I hope you're having a great day, and if you're not, why don't you go out and make it one."
Oh you got a message from Mom! Hurray! I'm so glad that you had fun at the shower. But I hope you weren't laughing harder at the shower than you were at my stand up comedy routine! =D I love your new background. Very cute and I hope you keep up the blogging, blah blah blah.
Oh, Catherine,
Yes, I did get your message. I especially liked the message imitating my message.
I moved the computer downstairs because my life: (work, dishes, laundry, cleaning, mopping, ironing and cooking) are all downstairs. Now I want to neglect all my chore work and work only on the computer.
Well, I did laugh very hard at the shower, but I also laughed very hard at your comedy routine. It was awfully nice of you to take up Stand Up while Mary's been away. You filled in very nicely, and I hope you'll continue working on that marvelously funny delivery of yours.
Well, heres to more blogging, singing, and blah, blah, blahing. Its all very pinteresting.
Oh, Catherine,
Are you out there?
I have a song for you:
(Sing to the chorus of....Ye Elders Of Israel song...of course now the name of the song is escaping me. Good Grief! Maybe that is the name. Actually, I think that is the correct name.
Here we go:
Oh, Cath-er-ine, Oh, Cath-er-ine,
We bid thee farewell,
You're going to the mountains of Kentucky To dwell.
That's it. I hope you liked it.
But, it suddenly seems so sad. I think you'd better call me.
Oh that is a sad sad song. I'm going to the mountains of kentucky to dwell. Wahh. I loved my sad song, though. Maybe you should sing it at my funeral aka when I move to kentucky.
I think it's not so much that I'm funny as much as it is that you are the BEST audience a girl could have. You're the reverend TimTom to my Sue Heck. You get me. I'll keep working on my delivery so that I will be ready for lucrative career as a stand up comedian in Butcher Holler. I better work on my guitar skills, too. Oh life in Kentucky is going to be swell.
